My approach empowers clients through open communication and a deep respect for their lived experiences, encouraging growth that extends beyond the individual.
I specialize in relational therapy to support individuals, families, and couples through issues of attachment wounds, communication, intimacy, and freedom of expression. Although I do not subscribe to one particular model of therapy, EFT, Gottman Method, and Solution-Focused are a few that I gravitate towards. I look forward to connecting with every person that enters my office. I have personal and professional experience working with LGBTQ+, polyamorous and open-relationship styles, and BDSM communities.
