Brief Description of Services:

I specialize in systematic focused, trauma-informed care, including standard talk therapy, EMDR, and sex therapy. I draw on a range of modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, including but not limited to, person-centered therapy, relational and humanistic therapy, attachment therapy, queer and feminist theories, evolutionary psychology, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. My clients are often LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, creative, introspective and those who live outside of societal boxes. My approach is deeply informed by my lived experiences as a cis-female, queer, neurodivergent individual with an invisible disability and as a Jewish-American Holocaust descendant.

I am passionate about helping my clients heal from trauma, explore and embrace their identities, improve their relationships, and navigate life’s transitions. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-aware, and poly-aware, and I strive to provide culturally sensitive care to adults of all ages in a supportive and judgment-free environment.
