Polyamory is a concept that is easier imagined than experienced, which is why I think it is so important that I have over a decade of lived experience with non-monogamy and non-monogamous relationships. I also work with couples and polycules that are engaged in a variety of different forms of non-monogamy. I work primarily with neurodivergent folks, including those navigating ADHD, anxiety and depression; whether working with individuals or couples/polycules, my own lived experience with neurodivergence informs my work. I approach everything with a trauma-informed lens and I’m both relational and psychodynamic. My main modality is IFS and I love parts work in general, including working with child parts. I think this gives important context to any therapeutic relationship! Finally, I am a firm proponent of relationship anarchy in general and I strongly believe in deconstructing the common myths around relationships.
