I practice sex therapy, individual therapy, and couples therapy in Milwaukee and virtually. Working with ages 14 and up, I support LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse clients in navigating identity, sexuality, and grief. I offer a sex-positive, kink-allied, and affirming space for individuals and couples exploring non-monogamy, healing from sexual trauma or pain, facing arousal or libido issues, and challenging cultural or family narratives that no longer serve them.

I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients around sexuality, identity, and relationships. Using person-centered, feminist, and narrative approaches, I help clients explore desire, intimacy, and identity while building authentic connections. I also support trans teens and their families, queer experiences, self-discovery, and life transitions.
