I specialize in supporting neurocomplex, gender-expansive, and emotionally deep folks who are ready to make meaningful change. I offer affirming therapy that is collaborative and centered on identity, autonomy, authenticity, and healing that challenges harmful norms.

My work is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and affirming of neurodivergent and marginalized identities. I used parts work, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, build emotional resilience, and live more authentically.
