I am a therapist/Licensed Professional Counselor, providing services to those experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I work with those who are part of marginalized groups and need a safe space to share their stories and concerns/needs for growth. I work with women experiencing postpartum mood disorders as well as their partners. I also work with teens and elderly folx. I use an eclectic approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR techniques, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy/Mindfulness and work from a place of genuineness and collaboration. I speak English.
