I help adults and adolescents age 14+ become more fully present for themselves and lean into being the person they want to be. I specialize in complex trauma and ASD/ADHD (especially together) and I love working with LGBTQ+, ENM/poly, kink, and psychedelic integration.
My primary approach is existential-humanistic, or E-H, which dives deep into our internal processes, meaning-making, and what’s happening here and now. I also love “parts work,” psychedelic integration, and making mindfulness accessible to ADHD folks.
