I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS) in North Carolina with nearly 10 years of experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, and I am a certified DBT therapist, a certified geek therapist, and a therapeutic game master who incorporates clients’ interests — including video games and tabletop role-playing games — into the healing process when appropriate.

I am LGBTQ+ allied and affirming of diverse relationship structures, including polyamory. I am committed to ongoing cultural competency and strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for clients from all backgrounds. I provide individual counseling to teens and adults who are seeking relief from emotional distress, support through life transitions, and empowerment in managing mental health challenges.
