I offer coaching, mentoring and spiritual counselling sessions that blend the eco-somatic practices of forest therapy with the eco-spiritual wisdom of shamanic traditions. I especially love supporting other long-term migrants, expatriates, location independent, or otherwise “geographically complicated” people to feel more deeply present and connected no matter where they are and how long they will stay there.
