I have been working in the helping field for twenty years and as a therapist since 2013. I have a broad range of focus, from LGBT+ clientele, poly and kink couples, adhd and trauma individuals, and children and parenting support. I love to meet people were they are at and provide a safe space where we can explore together the concerns that bring you to therapy, come up with a plan together to address them, and help provide you the tools and strategies you need to fully move forward in your life. Whether it’s past trauma creating issues in your current relationships, communication struggles, breaks in trust, or how to navigate polyamory and parenting, I am here to support you through it and make sure you thrive!
My typical fee is $200 a session but I do offer limited sliding scale. I also am insured with aetna, anthem blue cross, quest behavioral health, and optum. I can also provide super bills for reimbursement.
