I provide trauma-informed, poly-affirming psychotherapy for adults and relationship systems. My work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, attachment-based approaches, CBT, and identity-affirming practice. I offer virtual therapy to clients throughout the state of Michigan.
I work extensively with polyamorous, ENM, and kink-involved clients across a full range of life concerns. In my experience, polyamorous individuals and relationship systems often seek therapy for the same challenges faced by anyone, such as, trauma, anxiety, relational patterns, or life transitions but benefit from a clinician who understands and affirms the relational scaffolding they live within. I support clients in trauma recovery, anxiety reduction, communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, relational dynamics, transitions, and identity exploration.
