I also offer couples counseling including for non-monogamous couples, polyamorous couples, open relationships and other non-traditional relationship dynamics. I hold space for clients with affirming, gentle and non judgmental care. I use a collaborative approach when it comes to therapy, including body focused approaches, and person centered approaches.
I accept Aetna, Cigna, BCBS/Regence, and Providence and offer sliding scales as well for self pay.
