Rye Flood (they/them)

I am a queer Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) specializing in individual and relational counseling. I’m particularly passionate about providing care for those in the LGBTQIA2S+, polyamorous, CNM, kink, neurodiverse, and sex worker communities.

My humanistic, somatically-oriented approach to therapy focuses on learning to identify and connect with your feelings and needs through your body, exploring personal values and narratives, and moving forward with agency in your relationships with yourself, your loved ones, and those around you.

I center compassion in my work and lead with the belief that all people are trying their best with the tools they’ve been given or picked up along the way, even when those tools no longer serve them, harm those around them, or cause them to disconnect from their true feelings and needs. My goal is to provide collaborative support for you as you try new strategies in your continued growth as the wonderful human you are!
