Talking about difficult matters can be hard, but it can be a little easier to discuss them with someone you trust. Understanding that people are multifaceted is crucial: there’s no cookie-cutter fix for the challenges you may be facing, so your therapy should be tailored to your needs. My goal is to be supportive, resourceful, authentic, and empathetic as building rapport with my clients is imperative to build a therapeutic alliance. I am LGBTQ+, kink, CNM and poly allied, spiritually/mystically affirming, and pagan allied. I have 16+ years in professional performance, fine & commercial arts, and production and am a SSI dive pro. Many of my clients are: Entertainers/Creatives facing issues with creative blockages, professional identity, job / gig networking, production processes, and goal setting/attainment; Folks who require a safe place to process their journey with spiritualism, paganism, metaphysics, the occult, and experiences with religious abuse.

I also work with Folks managing life milestone concerns, anxiety, depression & feeling stuck, relationship & familial distress, trauma, religious abuse, self-esteem challenges, identity concerns, religious abuse, grief & loss, ADHD, cancer & chronic illness, career/occupational stress, and fear of swimming and water related trauma.
