I provide individual therapy for adults, with a focus on relationship issues, identity exploration, trauma and PTSD, ADHD and neurodivergence, sexuality, and life transitions. I work affirmingly with polyamorous, consensually non-monogamous, LGBTQIA+, and kink-aware clients. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and client-centered, integrating experiential and depth-oriented methods to support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. I offer therapy in English and currently serve adults via telehealth within California.
