My supervisor is Dr. Jenn Matheson MFT.0000873
I offer telehealth therapy appointments for individuals, couples, and families seeking support, clarity, and meaningful change. As a systemic therapist, my work focuses on understanding the patterns, dynamics, and stories that shape your relationships and sense of self. I help clients strengthen communication, navigate conflict, explore identity, and build more secure, fulfilling connections.
Professional specialties and skills: I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+, polyamorous/non-monogamous, and kinky/alternative lifestyle communities. I am committed to providing affirming, sex-positive, and identity-celebrating care that honors the complexity and diversity of your relationships and lived experiences. My practice centers autonomy, consent, and cultural humility, and I strive to create a space where all parts of you feel welcomed and respected.
My approach integrates attachment-based work, structured communication tools, parts work, and narrative exploration. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy to cultivate deeper connection, emotional clarity, and lasting relational change in a way that is inclusive and affirming.
