I provide warm, relational, trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, and the long-term impact of survival-based coping. My approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and nervous system–informed care to support deep and lasting healing. I specialize in working with clients who have historically felt responsible for holding everything together and who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping into meaningful transformation. I offer virtual sessions only to clients located in Pennsylvania and and both virtual and in person sessions to clients located in Vermont. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and committed to anti-oppressive, inclusive care.
