I am the owner and founder of Freedom Tree Mental Health Counseling, PLLC where I provide psychotherapy specializing in Trauma and Romantic Relationships for adult LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Ethically Non-Monogamous and Polyamorous Individuals and Couples who seek to heal from and better cope with the psychological and emotional impacts of:

• Personal, Intergenerational, Interfamilial Traumas or Childhood Sexual Traumas
• Racialized / Minority or First Generation stressors related to Major Life Transitions
• LGBTQIA+ and Ethical Non-monogamy/ Polyamory related stressors and Relationship Challenges

My mission is to empower my clients to achieve mental and emotional wellness through a multi-dimensional integration of affirmative, multicultural, strength-based and feminist therapeutic frameworks. My style is warm, passionate and collaborative while my therapeutic approach is non-religious, embraces spirituality, and is sex/ kink positive.
