I work with adults at any age. I am continually committed to working with BIPOC folks and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I most often work with folx with trauma histories, and on issues like identity formation and relational issues. I also work with folx experiencing mood disorders, such as anxiety and depression, as well as sleep issues, sexual problems and more. My goal is to create a space where my clients can feel seen, heard, and encouraged to reach their goals. You are ready to begin and/or continue your healing process; and I am ready to support you.
My fee is $125 for individuals and $150 for couples/polycules/etc. I do not take insurance but I do provide superbills for out of network benefits and I have a sliding scale fee structure.
