I work with couples, polycules, and platonic pairs navigating ethical nonmonogamy, including those opening up a relationship, managing jealousy, repairing trust after ruptures, or trying to align on boundaries and agreements. This space is affirming of relationship diversity, you won’t need to defend your structure here. Together, we’ll define success based on your relationship values, not societal expectations. Our work will center honesty, accountability, and compassion. We’ll gently challenge outdated relational patterns, while making space for discomfort, growth, and repair. I support partners in increasing empathy, expanding curiosity, and navigating the real-life dynamics of nonmonogamy, including communication across partners, emotional needs, and the impact of cultural identity on how you love and relate. My integrative approach is informed by years of psychodynamic training, with emphasis on Somatic therapy and Emotionally Focused therapy treatment modalities, allowing me to attune and tend to the emotional context of your current relationship. Together we’ll create a care plan that honors your complexity and celebrates the full intersection of your identities!
