I help people step into relational power through play and creative expression. I’m a trauma-informed relationship counsellor supporting individuals, couples, and non-traditional relationship configurations around consensual non-monogamy & polyamory, kink & BDSM dynamics, LGBTQ+ gender & sexual identity, and experience in sex work. My approach particularly fits adults who identify as neurodivergent. I identify as queer, nonbinary and AuDHD, and these lenses inform my practice.

Anxiety, creative block, and low desire for intimacy are the most common reasons people seek therapy for themselves and their relationships. A session with me looks like a mix of talking and creative somatic exercises tailored to help you express what can’t be said in words alone.
