With 16 years of clinical experience, I bring a direct, grounded, and deeply authentic approach to therapy. Clients often come to me because they want someone who is fully present, engaged, and willing to talk openly about the things that feel hardest to say. I believe relationships thrive when people feel safe enough to speak honestly, explore their desires, and stay connected to themselves — and I work to create that kind of space from the very first session. Across my career, I’ve worked extensively with individuals, couples, and families — both chosen and biological. My areas of focus include:
In addition to therapy, I offer individualized sex education sessions. I’ve been teaching sex education for 18 years and am a Certified Sexuality Educator (CSE) through AASECT. These 1–2 hour sessions are ideal for people who have specific questions or concerns that may not require ongoing therapy. Clients can ask focused questions, explore areas of curiosity or difficulty, and receive clear information, guidance, and resources to support their sexual wellbeing. It’s a structured, judgment‑free space to learn and address sexual concerns with the support of an experienced educator.
