I am currently a clinical associate social worker (ACSW CA #122469) who is supervised under Lauren Ludlow, LCSW CA #95632 at Clarity & Compassion Counseling. I hold a degree in masters of social work and bachelors in psychology from California State University of Long Beach.
I focus on somatic and parts work primarily with folx who want to work on decolonizing therapy. I work primarily with people who may be children of immigrant parents, people exploring ancestral healing and people who want to cope with today’s political stressors. I specialize in somatic processing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I can provide services in both English and Spanish. My populations served are individuals 16 and older, people who have difficulties building community, people struggling with their identity as first generation and people exploring their sexuality. I also host physical support groups and workshops in the Los Angeles area.
