Jasmin Harrison

I’m Jasmin (she/her), an inclusive therapist and accredited mental health social worker based in Australia, working in-person with folks in Brisbane, and online with individuals and couples who are navigating complex emotional experiences, trauma histories, and relational challenges.

My practice is trauma-informed, relational, and deeply respectful of the many ways people love, connect, and structure their relationships outside of mainstream norms.

I support clients who are in polyamorous, ENM, and diverse relationships, as well as those exploring sexuality, identity, intimacy, attachment, and communication.

I bring a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to therapy. My work is informed by humanistic and trauma-informed psychotherapy, with influences from somatic approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and parts work. I am also trained in Gottman Relationship Therapy.

I am interested in what is happening beneath the surface: the emotional, nervous system, and relational patterns that shape how we move through connection and disconnection.

I have a particular interest in supporting people who are navigating attachment wounds, relational trauma, communication breakdowns, and the impact of early experiences on adult relationships and intimacy.

Sessions are available online across Australia, offering a private and flexible space to explore your experiences at your own pace. I also offer in-person sessions if you’re located in Brisbane, QLD.

Appointments in Australia may attract a rebate through Medicare with a current Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Those outside of Australia can make payment for consultations through Paypal in a range of currencies. I work with people all over the world.
