I provide psychotherapy and consulting for adults, couples, thruples, and multi-partner relational systems, including clients in polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous, and consensually non-monogamous relationships.

My work focuses on the deeper relational and psychological structures that shape connection—how people communicate, make decisions, navigate power and responsibility, and sustain trust across complex relationship systems.

I support clients navigating polyamory and consensual non-monogamy, jealousy and attachment dynamics, boundary-setting and relational agreements, disclosure and relational restructuring, high-functioning couples experiencing disconnection or misalignment, identity and ambition, and conversations around opening up a marriage or relationship.

My approach integrates depth-oriented therapy with a practical, systems-based lens shaped by my background in management consulting and organizational dynamics. I understand non-monogamy as a valid relational structure that can thrive when supported by clarity, emotional skill, communication, and intentional design.
