I work with individuals and couples at the intersection of the body, desire, and relationship structure. My clients are often expats and intercultural couples navigating non-monogamy without a local community to lean on, people on the solo poly path working through attachment patterns that keep showing up in every new connection, couples opening up and discovering that “we decided to be poly” and “we actually know how to do this” are two very different sentences, and experienced non-monogamous people who’ve figured out the logistics but hit a wall with intimacy, erotic aliveness, or desire within long-term partnerships.
I use a trauma-informed, somatic approach grounded in the Somatica® method and somatic regulation frameworks. The work is body-based, not just talk. Sessions are conducted in English. I work with adults of all genders and relationship structures, online and in-person in the Tarragona area.
