I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience offering individual therapy. I provide a judgment-free, deeply affirming therapeutic space for adults in polyamorous, non-monogamous, and ethically non-traditional relationships.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating the joys and complexities of polyamory and ethical non-monogamy: relationship communication and dynamics, navigating jealousy and compersion, processing trauma, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, and building lives aligned with their authentic selves and relationship values. Whether you’re navigating multiple relationships, exploring polyamory for the first time, processing relationship challenges, or simply needing support from someone who genuinely understands polyamorous life, therapy is a place to bring your whole self without judgment.
I also work with youth (11-18) and young adults whose families identify as polyamorous or practice ethical non-monogamy, supporting them in navigating family dynamics, identity exploration, peer relationships, and processing their experiences with affirmation and understanding.
My approach is strength-based, relational, and trauma-informed, using evidence-based methods including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Motivational Interviewing. I am knowledgeable about polyamorous relationship structures, communication frameworks, and the lived experiences of polyamorous communities. I am also affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities, neurodivergence, and other marginalized communities.
Populations Served: Adults (18+) in polyamorous, non-monogamous, and ethically non-traditional relationships. Youth and young adults (11-25). All clients managing relationship concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity questions.
