I’m a relational and experiential therapist who primarily works with adults navigating attachment wounds, complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression identity development, and relationship concerns. My approach integrates somatic work, EMDR, parts work/IFS-informed therapy, and attachment-oriented interventions. Clients often describe me as warm, honest, collaborative, and comfortable with depth.
I am affirming of polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous, kink, and LGBTQ+ communities, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where people can explore authenticity, connection, boundaries, intimacy, grief, and relational patterns. While I primarily work with individuals, I am also open to working with polycules and nontraditional relationship structures.
I work especially well with clients looking for deeper experiential work around attachment trauma, relational wounds, emotional regulation, self-worth, and building more secure and connected relationships.
