Kimana LeMaster

Kimana provides telehealth therapy throughout Louisiana and Georgia, with in-person sessions available in the Greater New Orleans area. She works with individuals and relationships of all configurations, with a particular focus on LGBTQIA+ communities, polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships, kink and BDSM, alternative spirituality, and pagan practice.

Kimana specializes in religious and spiritual abuse recovery, identity congruence, and building healthy attachments across all relationship structures. Her undergraduate background in World History and World Religions gives her a grounded understanding of the spiritual landscapes her clients navigate, including what it takes to leave harmful belief systems behind and rebuild. She is a lesbian in a long-term marriage who has done her own healing from religious trauma, and that personal history deepens her understanding of the journey.
