My therapy focuses on how we can show up as our authentic selves and find connection and belonging in our communities, while helping folks learn how to navigate the challenges of building community across difference. I work particularly well with people who are struggling with anxiety, burnout, depression, posttraumatic stress, a lack of belonging, and/or political hopelessness. Navigating identity and embracing difference is central to the therapy I provide, and I particularly focus on gender dynamics, queer identity, racial and ethnic identity, neurodiversity, religion and spirituality (or lack thereof), body size, and disability. How I think about therapy is largely informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, intersectional feminist theory, and liberation psychology, although I draw on a wide array of therapeutic approaches. I have experience and training providing Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD and Cognitive Processing Therapy for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.

I can only provide services in English. I provide individual therapy to adults and teens ages 14+.
