I help queer, neurodivergent people-pleasers learn to swap burnout for boundaries and self-doubt for self-love.
English is my only fluent language currently.
I work with adults only and utilize an eclectic approach to therapy. My approach is anti-carceral, anti-oppression, person-centered, strengths based, and solution focused. I also utilize holistic approaches from Jungian psychology. I believe in treating the whole person and their surrounding systems.
I, myself, am a member of the queer and neurodivergent communities and was raised in the bible belt so I have a unique insight for addressing challenges related to these experiences.
