A little about me:
My lens: Relationally, I work from a Feminist Gottman lens and am Gottman 3 trained. When working with individuals, I work from a Feminist Narrative ACT lens. My work is neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, enm, poly and kink celebrating!
Anxiety/OCD: Experience working with Anxiety disorders/OCD which can play into relationships; specifically R-OCD or relationship OCD. It can be important to treat the relationship issues with these dynamics in mind. These themes can look like reassurance seeking compulsions, uncertainty obsessions that can sound like: “Do I love them enough?,” “What if I’m uniquely bad or secretly hurting my partner(s)?,” &/or compulsively checking shared locations, text threads, social media, etc.
Trauma: I’m trained in Written Exposure Therapy for treating PTSD, which is a shorter term model that can help significantly reduce distress more quickly and be more tolerable than longer term models for some clients.

$275 per 50-minute session for individual sessions; $375 for relational sessions (couples, families, friends, multi-partner relationships). Longer sessions of 90 and 120 minutes are available at a prorated rate. I do not accept insurance, and I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement. Inquire with your insurance directly about your out-of-network benefits.
