I provide affirming teletherapy for adults in Massachusetts, Maine, and Washington. I work with LGBTQIA+ adults, veterans, polyamorous/ENM clients, kink-involved clients, and others who have spent too long surviving inside roles that left too little room for the full truth of them.
Clinical areas include identity development, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, shame, burnout, religious or cultural conditioning, men’s mental health, relationship stress, life transitions, and whole-person healing. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience.
