I am an independent peer support worker, providing queer, trauma-informed emotional support. I support folks with a range of experiences and concerns who are looking for warm, meaningful connection informed by anti-colonial values. I draw heavily on attachment theory and harm reduction, but also pull in aspects of somatics, ecosomatics, Internal Family Systems, DBT and more. I am a practitioner with a lived experience of distress, racism, ableism, grief, plurality, recovery and more.
Regular rate for sessions is 85USD/120CAD. Sliding scale is available. I am unable to bill insurance.
