My approach is client-driven, trauma-informed, and grounded in both academic psychology and lived experience within the communities I serve. I work with individuals, couples, and relationship constellations navigating ethical non-monogamy, hierarchical structures, identity exploration, communication challenges, and the integration of power dynamics with healthy relationships. I am especially passionate about supporting those who are healing from unhealthy dynamics and rebuilding trust — in themselves and in their relationships.
