I am a licensed clinical social worker providing mental health treatment in Illinois, Michigan and Colorado. My approach is flexible, non-judgmental, empathetic, trauma-informed, and reflective. I blend techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I speak English and Spanish.
