I work with primarily autistic, AuDHD, or ADHD people who prefer to use text during counselling. (Video-based counselling also available.) I take a gentle, person-centred approach and focus on the goals you want to work on and talk about the topics you want to talk about. I am sex-positive, neuroaffirming, LGBTQIA+ allied, and familiar with disability and chronic health concerns. $110 per 60 minute session. $80 per 60 minute session (concession rate). I also accept self-managed or plan-managed NDIS clients who have funding for therapy supports.
