Jodi Brewer

I provide individual and couples therapy for teens and adults navigating trauma and complex PTSD, ADHD and neurodivergence, relationships and attachment, anxiety, grief, recovery, identity, sexuality, and major life transitions.

I have clinical experience and lived familiarity with polyamory/ENM, kink, and nontraditional relationship structures. Clients do not need to spend therapy explaining or defending consensual relationships before we can address what actually brought them in. When relationships are the focus, we can work with communication, attachment, jealousy, compersion, boundaries, agreements, trust, intimacy, changing dynamics, and relationship transitions.

I am EMDR-trained and integrate EMDR, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, nervous system regulation, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed approaches. My style is warm, curious, direct, collaborative, practical, and occasionally challenging. Treatment is individualized around each client’s goals rather than built around a one-size-fits-all model.

Services are available in person in Lexington, Kentucky, and via telehealth throughout Kentucky.
