I work with adults and teenagers experiencing anxiety, depression, neurodivergence issues, interpersonal difficulties, grief, psychosis, gender and sexuality-related situations, PTSD and CPTSD. Based on your needs, we will focus on depth work and/or building practical skills. Trust, authenticity and collaboration are the foundations of my clinical practice. I work with a variety of therapies to best meet my clients’ individual needs including somatic, interpersonal, attachment based, parts work and others.
