I provide telehealth psychotherapy for adults in Ohio, including individual and couples counseling. My areas of focus include late-diagnosed autistic and other neurodivergent adults, neurodiverse couples, polyamory and consensual non-monogamy, attachment and relationship concerns, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, divorce, identity development, and religious or spiritual trauma.

My approach is relational, person-centered, attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), parts work/IFS-informed approaches, narrative therapy, and somatic exploration. I am LGBTQIA+, kink, sex-positive, and consensual non-monogamy affirming. Spiritually integrated counseling is available when desired by the client.
