I provide individual, couples, and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in Pennsylvania, both in person and via telehealth. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, with particular interests in neurodivergence, identity, emotional regulation, relationships, anxiety, trauma, body image and eating concerns, and LGBTQ+ and sex-positive care. I use a flexible, integrative approach drawing from relational, attachment-based, psychodynamic, parts-oriented, and skills-based therapies, with creative and expressive approaches available when helpful. Services are available in English and conversational Vietnamese.
I accept insurance, self-pay, and offer sliding-scale options. Insurance plans include Aetna, AmeriHealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Highmark, Independence Blue Cross, and others.
