I am a senior member of ACCPH and a member of Pink Therapy.
I provide online counselling for adults across the UK. My work is humanistic, integrative, strengths-based and trauma-informed, with a particular interest in LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent people, identity exploration, relationships, and people whose lives or relationships do not fit traditional norms.
I am polyamory-affirming and welcome clients exploring consensual non-monogamy, polyamory and other relationship structures. I don’t see particular relationship structures, identities or ways of relating as problems to be fixed. I’m interested in helping you explore what your relationships mean to you, what you want and need, and whether the ways you’re relating are working for you.
I also work with anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, overwhelm, feeling stuck, and experiences of “something isn’t quite right.” My approach is collaborative and contextual, with an emphasis on understanding your experiences within the wider social and relational environments in which you live.
