I provide sex-positive, kink- and CNM-affirming therapy for individuals and relationships navigating intimacy, desire, sexual exploration, BDSM, consensual non-monogamy, and relationship challenges.
My work goes beyond simply being “kink-friendly” or “poly-friendly.” These are areas of clinical focus, which means you don’t have to spend therapy explaining or defending your relationship structure, desires, or consensual sexual interests before we can address what actually brought you in.
I work with clients navigating desire differences, jealousy, opening or renegotiating relationships, boundaries and agreements, communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, intimacy concerns, shame, sexual exploration, and relationships that feel stuck or disconnected. I also work with people who are curious about kink, CNM, or their sexuality but aren’t yet sure what they want or how to talk about it.
My approach is relational, attachment-informed, direct, and grounded in autonomy, consent, curiosity, and respect. I don’t believe there is one “right” way to have a relationship or experience sexuality. Therapy is about understanding what is happening beneath the conflict, identifying patterns that are no longer working, and helping you create relationships and an intimate life that genuinely fit the people involved.
Telehealth therapy is available for clients located in Wisconsin and Florida through Future Horizons Counseling.
