I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and people in consensually non-monogamous relationships, including polyamorous individuals, couples, and polycules. My work focuses on non-monogamy, couples therapy, trauma, and sexual trauma.

I work with people navigating the complexities of relationships, including attachment wounds, jealousy, relationship agreements, recurring conflict, trust, emotional disconnection, and the impact of past trauma on present relationships. I welcome people exploring or practicing consensual non-monogamy and offer an affirming space for clients whose relationship structures, identities, and experiences may be misunderstood or pathologized elsewhere.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and client-centered. I help clients explore the patterns that shape how they connect, communicate, protect themselves, and relate to others, with attention to both individual experiences and the dynamics between people.

I welcome LGBTQ+ clients and am sex-positive, kink-affirming, and inclusive of diverse relationship structures. I offer online therapy to clients located in California and Idaho.
