I offer virtual therapy across Arizona and Colorado, specializing in polyamory and ethical nonmonogamy and sex therapy, with a focus on healing relational wounds and gently breaking inherited family patterns so you can live and love as your most authentic self. I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, EMDR, and somatic work that honors what the body holds. I also support clients with trauma, infidelity, jealousy, parenting, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ identities, and my practice is sex positive and kink friendly. For those making meaning of expanded states of consciousness, I offer integration support as well.

Individual sessions are $150 (60 min) or $185 (75 min). Couples, family, and polycule sessions are $200 (60 min), $250 (75 min), or $300 (90 min). A sliding scale is available by application, and I offer a free 15 minute consultation. I am in network for individual therapy through Headway with Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, Providence Health Plan, and United Healthcare.
