Rachael has been a nurse for 22 years with a focus on neonates, pediatrics, and adolescents. Rachael transitioned to mental health after one of her children was diagnosed with a mental health illness. Rachael works with a variety of clients and specializes in pediatrics, clients in the foster system, OCS involvement, LGBTQIA2+ clients, queer clients, and adult clients. Rachael works with a variety of clients who are diverse and experience different life experiences. Throughout her career Rachael has worked with underserved populations in the hospital setting, and outpatient setting.
Rachael has experience working with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, Autism, psychosis, eating disorders, OCD, and behavioral disturbances in children, and other mental health illnesses. Rachael is poly, ethical non-monogamy, and kink/fetish friendly.

Areas of focus include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, ODD, Impulse-Control issues, and eating disorders. I provide gender-affirming care. I can assist patients and families in improving their mental illness with medication management and appropriate referrals for therapy services. I have a passion for helping patients and families because my family has been affected by mental illness. As a mother of a patient who has Autism, I am acutely aware of the effects not only on the patient but also on the family. My goal is to provide comprehensive care to the family as a family unit, not simply the patient. I see 3+ to geriatric patients.
